Sometimes You Need An Oreo Shake!

Ingredients

  1. 9 Oreos
  2. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. 1 cup of water
  4. 1 -2 tbs raw cacao powder
  5. 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  6. 1 frozen banana
  7. 1 serving of your protein powder of choice (optional)
  8. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  9. handful ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until the Oreos have broken down and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with crushed Oreos sprinkled on top (optional=
