Huns With Guns 28 Day Challenge

Have you ever had someone ask you if you wanted to see a gun show and then have them curl their arm to show off their “gun” or bicep muscle?  Pretty funny, huh?  Well we are having a Huns with Guns 28 day challenge so you can have your own fun showing off your guns (muscles) and getting stronger along the way!

In the Pink Physique Personal Training Program we focus on 3 pillars: Fitness, Food, and Mindset. This challenge is all about Fitness and strength specifically.

Who is it for?
All Pink Clients. YES beginners are welcome. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. This is a sure way to LEVEL UP your fitness in just 4 weeks.

When does it start?
February 1, 2022

How does it Work?
This challenge can be done from anywhere. You will get your Personal Best Record on 5 exercises at the beginning of the challenge. Then using a formula we will determine your 28 day goal to reach for each exercise.  Then you have 4 weeks to get after it and LEVEL UP to meet your goals for all 5 exercises.

What exercises are included in the Challenge?
*Plank
*Push-up
*Pull-up, Chin-up OR Dip
*Full Sit-up
*1 Personal Challenge Goal.  Some of you Pink Ladies have 2022 personal goals that you have discussed with Alli.  Pick ONE and challenge yourself during the month of Feburary.  If you don’t have one, reach out to Alli with a goal to have it approved to make sure it is reasonable & fits the spirit of the challenge. Some of you may also need to adjust your goal to fit this timetable.

What if I can’t do these exercises? 

YES YOU CAN 🙂 We will help YOU modify any exercise to fit you.  For example: You can do a push up on your knees or on the wall instead of a full floor push up.  If you can’t do a full sit-up, you can do them on an angled bench.  Just ask Alli for a modified version.

How do I start?
Register at the link below between Monday, January 24 – Friday, January 28. We will take you from there. We will email your Official Challenge Baseline/Goal Tracker Sheet to you by January 31st.

Get Started:
Once you have your tracker you will get your baseline number of reps on the 5 exercise challenges (your Personal Goal needs to be approved by Alli/Head Trainer).  You simply need to have a witness watch you and sign the tracker sheet to verify your baseline.  Your witness must be age of 15 or older to witness your baseline reps.  Mark your Official Challenge Baseline/Goal Tracker Sheet on the appropriate line.  Have your witness print, sign and date in the appropriate boxes.

Set Your Final GOAL:
Once you have the baseline number of reps you can calculate your goal.  Take the number of reps you completed, rounded up to nearest 5 then double it.  (This is your 28 day goal!)  Ex: If I can do 8 push-ups full range of motion that gets rounded up to 10 and that gets double to a goal of 20 by the end of the challenge.  YOU are competing against yourself!  This is the honor system so you are only hurting yourself by not doing your best when setting your baseline!

Deadline to complete the challenge is Feb. 28th.

Everyone who registers gets the Official Huns With Guns 2022 t-shirt. Those that meet or exceed their 5 challenge goals will also earn an additional Hun award.
