Pink Punch (Boxing) – Gloves required. Sweat out the stress! Step up your cardio workout in this boxing class that will sculpt and tone your entire body. Everlast bags are used during class.
Hot Pink Cardio (Advanced) – This addictive type of exercise training gives you a cardio workout with explosive movements along with step cardio, guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
Pink Condition (Body Conditioning) – The exercise and practice to build the body up for improved physical performance. This exercise will get your body in top notch condition for any physical activity!
Zumba (Pink Latin) - It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party! This class is high-energy and guaranteed to get you moving and burning calories!
